GameAI HOT

Terms of Use

GameAI HOT is an individually run game AI news aggregator: it collects material from public sources and uses models to select and summarize it; the originals belong to their sources. The pages, RSS, public API and MCP can all be used anonymously, and what this site writes itself may be used freely with credit.

1. What this site provides

This site collects public material about game AI (papers, engine and tool updates, vendor news, product launches and more), scores and selects it with large language models, writes titles, summaries and "Why it matters" notes, groups coverage of the same event into one story, and compiles daily, weekly and monthly reports. It is available through the website, RSS, a public API and MCP, with no sign-up or login.

2. Accuracy

Titles, summaries, "Why it matters" notes, scores and reports are generated by models from the originals and may be incomplete, mistaken or out of date. They are meant to help you catch up quickly and are not professional advice. Check the original before quoting it or making decisions.

3. Copyright in the originals

The originals belong to their sources. By default this site shows only a summary and a link to the original; it shows the full text only where the source explicitly allows it. If you republish an original, follow that source's own terms.

4. Using this site's content

What this site writes itself, including titles, summaries, "Why it matters" notes, story groupings and the daily, weekly and monthly reports, may be used freely, including for republishing, adaptation and commercial purposes, provided that you:

  • credit GameAI HOT and link to this site or the relevant item;
  • keep the link to the original;
  • don't suggest that this site or the source endorses your product or views.

This does not cover the originals and full texts described in section 3.

5. Interfaces and request rates

RSS, the public API and MCP are anonymous, read-only interfaces. Please use them reasonably:

  • poll according to the cache time in each response (Cache-Control) instead of repeating requests at a high rate;
  • on a 429, wait as long as Retry-After says, and don't retry in parallel;
  • for scheduled syncing, use the public API (see /openapi-v1.json) rather than scraping the pages;
  • don't attack or load-test this site, or work around its rate limits.

This site may limit or refuse access that affects its normal operation.

6. Corrections and removals for sources

If you run a source and want a correction, a removal or a different presentation (for example, no full text, or a link only), contact us through the feedback page or at [email protected] with the addresses of the pages involved. We will handle it as soon as we can.

7. Disclaimer

This site is provided "as is", without any guarantee that its content is complete, accurate or current, or that the service is always available. Features may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time. Links to originals lead to third-party sites, which are responsible for their own content and services.

8. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, this page shows the new version and effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms, or to request a correction or removal, use the feedback page (/feedback) or email [email protected].
