Privacy Notice

1. Data in your browser

Saved items, read history, the light/dark setting, your language choice (Chinese or English), recent searches (the words you searched, up to 10), whether you've seen the changelog, and feedback drafts are kept in your current browser; list positions, scroll positions and expanded sections for going back are kept only in the current tab's session storage and cleared when the tab closes. None of this is sent to the server. It disappears when you clear your browser data and doesn't sync across devices. Saved items, read history and the light/dark setting can be exported and imported on the Saved page.

2. Feedback

What you send through the feedback page, the optional email address, the address of the page you were on and any screenshot you attach are stored on this site's server and used only to handle your feedback. Your email address is used only to reply to you.

To prevent abuse, the server keeps an irreversible identifier computed from your network address and browser type, used for rate limiting and blocking abusive sources. The server does not store your original network address.

Feedback is kept so it can be followed up. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time; see section 7.

You can also email us instead of using the feedback page. Your email address and message are used only to reply and handle your request, and are stored by the email provider under its own privacy policy.

3. Access logs

This site uses Cloudflare for network acceleration and security; all requests pass through Cloudflare first and are handled under its privacy policy.

The site's server is in Japan. Its web service keeps access logs with the network address, the time, the requested address (including parameters such as search words), the referring page and browser information. They are used only for troubleshooting and preventing abuse, and are deleted automatically after 14 days. The site's own application logs don't record network addresses.

Admin logins and push endpoints limit attempts per network address. These counts are kept briefly in memory and never written to the database.

4. Cookies

This site sets no cookies for visitors. Only the administrator uses the cookies needed to log in to the admin pages. Cloudflare may set its own essential cookies when needed for security.

5. Model services

This site uses third-party large language model services to process material collected from public sources (scoring, summarizing, grouping and writing reports). Your feedback, browser data and access information are never sent to model services.

6. Storage and backups

The site's database (including feedback) and uploaded files are backed up daily to Cloudflare's object storage (R2). Daily, weekly and monthly backups expire after 14 days, 60 days and 12 months respectively.

7. Access, correction and deletion

This site has no accounts, so it can't find your data by identity. To see, correct or delete feedback you sent, contact us through the feedback page or at [email protected] with roughly when you sent it, the page you were on and what it said, so we can find the record. After deletion, copies in backups disappear as those backups expire.

8. Third-party content

This site shows summaries of and links to third-party originals. When you follow a link to an original, you are on that site, and its privacy policy applies.

9. Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, this page shows the new version and effective date.
